CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made or no contact from you at all less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service total. This policy is never personal. It simply helps protect my time and income, as short notice cancellations or "no shows" often mean I can't fill your spot with another client.
